Patima is a Thai Native currently residing in Chiang Mai. Through her love of cooking and baking she set out to make the worlds most perfect brownie. After years of development and tweaking the recipe bit by bit, she has achieved her goal and opened Dee-Tor-Jai. While the brownie is her signature treat, she also has other delicious items.
